네컷툰 (4-Cut Comic Maker) never uploads your photos or edits to any server. Photos, text, stickers, and video are processed entirely on your device.
The app is free and includes Google AdMob advertising. Google processes device identifiers to serve those ads (see section 4).
1. Information We Collect
The developer does not collect your personal information and operates no server that receives it. The following is handled only on your device:
Photo library access — to place the photos and videos you choose onto the editing canvas.
Saving to Photos — to write the image or video you create back to your photo library.
Camera access (optional) — only if you choose to take a photo directly inside the app.
Separately, the Google AdMob advertising SDK bundled in the app processes its own data (device identifiers, coarse country-level location, app usage signals) in order to serve ads. See section 4.
2. How Information Is Used
The app offers no account registration, sign-in, or cloud backup.
Your photos are processed on your device for editing purposes only.
Work-in-progress edits are stored in your device's local storage and are removed when you delete the app.
3. Sharing With Third Parties
The developer does not share your photos or edit data with any third party. The only third-party service embedded in the app is:
Google AdMob (Google LLC / Google Ireland Ltd.) — for ad delivery. See section 4 for what it processes.
When you tap [Share] to send your creation to another app (Messages, Instagram, and so on), that transfer is your own action and the receiving app's policy applies.
4. Advertising
네컷툰 is free and includes Google AdMob ads. The current version shows:
Banner ads — persistently at the top of the editing screen.
Interstitial ads — may appear after you save a creation.
Rewarded ads — shown only when you explicitly choose to watch one to unlock an option such as high-resolution export or video export. You can always continue with the ad-free save option instead.
To serve these ads, Google and its advertising partners may process:
Advertising identifiers (IDFA and similar device identifiers), device and OS information, coarse location (country level), and app usage or ad interaction records.
This information is used to display ads, cap frequency, measure performance, and prevent invalid traffic.
On iOS 14 and later the app presents the App Tracking Transparency prompt so you can decide whether to allow tracking (ad personalization).
If you decline, every feature of the app still works and you simply see non-personalized ads.
You can change this at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
Regardless of advertising, the photos, videos, and text you edit are never transmitted to advertisers or any other outside party. Ads do not read the content you create.
5. Your Rights
Deleting the app removes all locally stored data.
You can change photo, camera, and tracking permissions at any time in iOS Settings → 네컷툰.
Because the developer holds no copy of your data, there is nothing on our side to export or erase; you remain in full control on your device.
For any question, contact us at the email address below.
6. Children's Privacy
This is a general-audience app and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (under 14 in Korea). The developer does not transmit your photos or edit data to any server; that data stays on your device.
Ads are restricted to a general-audience content rating through Google AdMob's settings. If a child uses this app, please also review your iOS Screen Time and Tracking settings.
7. Changes to This Policy
This policy may change alongside app updates. Material changes will be announced in the app's release notes.
